Downloading Entire Websiyte Content

Is there a way to log into the servers (via putty or winSCP) and download all content including JPGs, videos, HTML files, CSS files and any other files associated with our website (http://istep2012.techbridgeworld.org/)? I tried the export command under tools and all it provided me was an XML file. We are migrating this website to our own internal servers here at Carnegie Mellon University and I need to preserve the directory structure as I move this website content over.

We do not allow that kind of access at WordPress.com.
Once you install WordPress.org on your own servers from http://wordpress.org/ you’ll have the option to import the XML file you receive from us, along with a checkbox which will allow you to automatically transfer over all attached media from your WordPress.com blog.
