downloading from media library

  I have uploaded a file to my media library that is not linked to any post
  or page. Is there a way to download a file to my computer (I accidentally deleted it)
  without having to go through the back door (i.e. post the file, then right click to download)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can go to media library, click on the media file and then download and save. You don’t have to post the file in the blog post in order to download it.

  I must have overlooked the fact that you could right click on the picture right there in the media library to save it. I was looking for a button, thank you
