Downloading Images

Once I’ve opened a New Post on my blog, I can add any type, but once I try to download an image from my files all I get is “0%” in the little window and it never downloads. HELP!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not sure what is causing this but I have responded to several threads re: this issue and have tagged them all for Staff assistance.
Please let me know the following:
1) Are you uploading images via the “Add media” button or by dragging/dropping images into the post?

Are you trying to add an image to your blog post or are you trying to download the image from a blog post to use elsewhere?

I am trying to add an image to my blog. Until recently I’ve had good success with this. It is only lately that WordPress will not respond after trying to download the image.

I have been adding images via “insert image” with good success until last week. Haven’t used the “browser uploader”.

We have received a number of reports that the drag and drop image uploader isn’t working for all users.
I would recommend that then you click on Add Media, rather than dragging files into that window to upload, you use the button there to select the images on your hard drive and upload them that way.
You might also have better luck with the drag and drop option if you update your web browser to the most current version of Internet Explorer or try a different browser. While we haven’t pinpointed the cause for the image uploader issues, that could help in your case.
