Downloading images from library?

  Hello, I’m trying to download around 300 images from my WordPress gallery onto a desktop computer, because the device from which I originally uploaded them was an iPad therefore all of the pictures are saved on there. How can I get the images off the library and onto my desktop computer – ideally in bulk?

  Hi there. I’m afraid the only way to download images from your library is to view each image in your browser and then right-click ->Save image as. There’s no option here to bulk-download media files.

  Go to your media library in the WP-Admin dashboard. Click on the image (in grid view) to edit and then click View Attachment Page in the bottom-right of the edit window. On the attachment page, look for where it shows the resolution at the top: http://snag.gy/yHbBy.jpg Right click on that and save the image to download the full-size image you uploaded.
