Downloading media

  I’m having trouble downloading photos today. If there is a systems error, please let me know.

  Hi there,

  Is this an issue with your WordPress.com site or a different site? Please let me know where you are trying to download the photos, and what happens when you try to do so.

  Note that if you are not referring to a site hosted on WordPress.com, I may not be able to assist you.

  All is working fine now. But this morning, I tried to download the pictures, and they would NOT go to the Media library. I’m still not sure what the problem was. I thought it must be something up with WordPress, but I’m not sure. Thanks for getting back to me.

  If it’s working now, that’s great. However, I’m still not clear on where the issue was occurring, so if you run into this issue again, please respond back with more details as to which pictures you were trying to download, and from where.
