  I need to download all my photos as my computer got stolen

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry that your computer got stolen :(

  To get your photos visit your Media Library and download the ones you want. Please note that it isn’t possible to download your photos in bulk at the moment, so you have to do it one by one.

  Hi Katfleet

  Are you comfortable with Linux or do you have it on a computer?

  If yes, I can give you the commands to download your files in bulk. You do need to use the export feature, however. Choose Tools > Export > Media. Only select media. You may use the XML file to download all your images at once.

  @katfleet- for what site do you need help with? The site you’ve linked to was set up in 2009 and has no content.

  In general, the current export function in the Calypso dashboard does not include Media as a separate export https://wordpress.com/settings/export/ and the export Media in WP Admin will only include an XML file referencing the location of the existing Media, not the media itself.
