Downloading my entire media Library to a desktop folder

    Hello. I’m trying to download the entire contents of my media library to my desktop to make a backup and to use on other projects. Is there a way to do this at all and if so is there a way to do it in bulk. Apologies for newbie type question. Using a Macbook on 10.7.something Star Trek numbers.
