  i downloaded wordpress to my computer, but how do i get my site files downloaded?

  The only possible way right now is to use an RSS setup, and that only does posts, not comments. The only OTHER way is to copy n paste the posts and comments to your new place. If you don’t have many, that’s not a horrendous problem; but if you’ve got hundreds of posts and comments, it’s not really workable.
