Downloading my SQL database? How?

  Hello,

  I need to download my SQL Database so I can upload it to my domain hosting on another website. Could you please explain this to me in simple terms? I already exported my posts onto my desktop in an XML file.

  you can’t download the database – you can export your posts and pages which is what you have already done – import the xml file into your new site
