Downloading reports

  Hi there,

  I have been trying to run reports on customer activity (orders, value & frequency), and I get the ‘we will email your report to you’ information pop-up when I try to download. The problem is that the report never arrives in my emails! Please can you help?

  Hi,

  Your website url is hosted on CloudFlare and uses wordpress software. Which means, You should head over to WordPress.org forums.
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  wordpress.com is managed hosting.
  wordpress.org is self hosting with domain purchased from domain hosting provider.
  This is the difference below.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
