  I need to download my premium theme for use on another host (we have never used it on wordpress.com). How do we do that?

  What was the theme? If you purchased a Premium theme here at WordPress.com it is designed only to be used here at WordPress.com. If you purchased it less than 30 days ago you can request a refund.
