downloading Travelpod Content to WordPress

  I am trying to download my travelpod content to wordpress and failing miserably
  I am following the steps however, there seems to be issues
  I only have 5 days to complete this transfer and now beginning to worry that I will lose my world trip information and photos
  Can anyone help please?
