Downloading wordpress themes

  Hi, I just started a new wordpress account.
  So far, I haven’t upgraded to any of the other options, and my blog still operates via the basic setting.
  I was really just wondering whether or not it is possible to upload a theme I have downloaded on my PC to my blog, without my account being premium.
  Would I need to upgrade to a premium account in order to have a downloaded theme?

  As galois mentioned, it’s not possible to upload third-party themes here on WordPress.com – no upgrade allows you to do that.

  If you let me know what theme you’re interested in I’d be glad to try to find something similar on WordPress.com!
