  heey, im new to wordpress; and i was just woundering how to put a im a display picture… and do we need to pay money to use wordpress??

  You do not need to pay money to use WP.com. But we cant really answer any more questions without a link, to your blog, starting with http, to make sure what we say applies to your specific blog.
