  I got alert from my bank this morning containing pospyment and $36 instead of $96. I checked my balance and I saw no money… Please I don’t understand it… Are you not gonna refund the $96???

  Hi @mrlcatooncomedy, you had two separate transactions, so they will show up as two separate refunds for a total of $96. Let us know if you need more help!

  Oh, I did note too that your refund and purchase times were fairly close. Your bank may have marked one refund as a voided transaction instead. Please double check with them if you see a $60 charge without its corresponding refund on the account.
