draft deleted itself/empty – ios app and on laptop

  I went to edit my draft after a while of not working on it – it was not showing up on my laptop but showing up on my ios app – i looked through some forums and found one that said that if you hit the preview button on the app for the draft post – then it will show up on the laptop. Yes, that worked, but when I went to edit my post on my laptop the entire post was empty – just the title was there – I thought this was strange considering I had written several pages of text and photos and I could see it on my phone. I went back on my phone – and lo behold everything was gone – it seems like the laptop version of the post somehow synced with my phone and deleted what I could previously see on my phone. I started this draft post originally on my laptop – and then had worked on it on my phone while traveling. Anybody have a similar issue? I’d like to not have to start from scratch – especially since many of the details I dont remember as I wrote them while traveling. I’ve had lots of issues with the draft feature before – it doesn’t seem to mesh well with me.
