Just my frustration! After losing pieces of my post over and over, I couldn’t understand why since I’d never encountered the problem before now. And I had no idea I could not contact WP directly anymore. I’m sure, as Time Thief suggested, it’s an issue I’m having. WP normally responded quickly in the past. Thanks for clearing that up, Sally. :)

So far there are no details for Staff to work with.
1. browser and version of it unknown
2. whether or not it’s IE browser running in compatibility mode unknown
3. whether or not third party cookies and JavaScript are enabled unknown
4. whether or not browser extensions or add-ons are running unknown
5. whether the login in is an HTTP login or an HTTPS login unknown -

My browser is Safari. Version 5. something. I checked my software updates — there are none. Some of the links you gave me do not have the information I needed in order to do what you instructed me to do.
I am looking into the cookies and Java script.
I do not know if browser extensions or add-ons are running.
I do not know whether the login in is an HTTP login or an HTTPS login.
Unfortunately, I’m not as tech savvy as you. That’s why I contact support. And again, since I pay for the upgrades, I prefer to ask for support on a private platform.

Sally – Your issue is that the Restore Revisions button is sometimes not working for you, correct? As TT mentioned, it would be helpful to know exactly what browser and version you’re using each time it doesn’t work, as the problem is most likely a browser issue. Which computer you’re using would also be good to know. :)
