draft disappeared

  I was writing a draft and my toddler hit something on the keyboard that took me to the main screen of my blog and now I can’t find the draft anywhere. These things save automatically, right? Why isn’t it on my dashboard? How can I find it??

  I believe you’ve become the latest victim of the “new improved blogging experience” aka the Boop Boop Boop editor. In the name of progress, drafts have been eliminated from the new editor, which makes using that thing something akin to rock climbing without safety ropes and devices.

  I found one today (in the usual way) that I hadn’t saved, just by going to dashboard > all posts > (the draft was listed too) may also depend on the length of time it was in ‘use’.

  Perhaps you’ve already tried there hence you referring to ‘dashboard’?
