Draft Not Saved?!?!

I was thinking a few days ago i would post a new short story in my blog.I had a solid concept and the inspiration was flowing so i logged one and began feverishly writing down my best story to date.When i was finished editing the details and grammar i clicked the save button expecting it to be saved to my drafts.Today i logged in and went to the drafts page and nothing was in there.I don’t know why it’s not there as it should be,i hit save more than one time.The first time i thought i was done making corrections and found i didn’t make the right ones.After making them i did the same thing and finally went back to save the story to complete later and left the site.I logged on tonight to finish the story and can’t find it.Is there a separate page devoted for saved drafts i don;t know about?I remmeber saving the draft three times before logging out.Can someone help me get my story back if it’s somehow still in the system?

You can click the “drafts” link at the top of the post list in your dashboard at posts > posts and it should bring up a listing of your draft posts. Also, check the “trash” link just to make sure it did not somehow get into the trash.

Thanks,soon after i posted this i did a search and found the trash.It was in there.I don’t know why it was in the trash folder,i remember saving the draft three times.I guess it’s one of those bugs this site has occasionally.

You’re welcome and glad it was a happy ending. Who knows with computers and the internet. Sometimes they have a mind of their own.
