Draft page bounces down and up and cursor goes to a different place

  Can anyone help, please!? I’m writing a draft of a new page for my blog and when I click on any point on the draft the page bounces down and up and the cursor goes back to where I originally wanted it to be. However, when I try to copy and paste a piece of text the cursor goes to a different part of the draft. I’m unable to copy and paste. Does anyone know what’s going on here? Hope I explained myself properly. Thanks. Ricardo

  What operating system and browser (including the version numbeR) are you using?

  If you’re using Internet Explorer, please make sure that compatibility view is disabled:
