Draft Won’t Format

    Hello All,

    I’m having an issue I have never had before. My drafts will not show the formatting that I am selecting in the draft but it does show up on the preview. Specifically title, headings, and bullet points. Is this something wrong in my settings? This is making editing very frustrating as I cannot see what I am doing! Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Can you walk me through how you are checking your previews? There are a few different ways to preview content on WordPress.com and we want to be sure we’re seeing what you are seeing. Can you let us know:

    • The URL of the page you are on when you are clicking the preview option. Is this a specific page or blog post or any post?
    • What is the icon or option you are clicking on to preview, and what formatting is missing in that preview? Is it missing everywhere or only in certain places?
    • What is the URL of the live page or blog post you are comparing to the draft so we can be sure to compare the same things too?
