The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are several places to check to see if the draft still is there.
1. Check Posts > All Posts to see if it is listed. Check DRAFTS to filter down to only your draft posts.
2. If you did not put in a post title, it would be “blank” on the Posts lists. It would be there on a line but you would see no post title.
3. Hit back on that tab in your browser to see if you can get “back” to that post. Sometimes it works.
4. If you can but the version isn’t right, go to the top upper right corner of the Edit Post panel and click Screen Options. Check “Revisions” to add that panel section to your Post panel. Close the Screen Options by clicking the Screen Options tab again (up arrow) and scroll down to look for Revisions. Choose the latest revision to edit it if it exists.
If you are on a flaky Internet connection like public WIFI or dial up, consider writing your posts in a text editor (word processor is bad but works if you paste it into the post in the Text Editor or use the Paste from Word button on the second row of the Visual Editor Toolbar (click Kitchen Sink to see the second row). Copy and paste the post in.
I travel extensively and cannot trust Internet connections so I’ve written my posts in a text editor for 10 years, then pasted them in when I had an Internet connection, allowing me to keep working on content for my site whether or not I had Internet. It always helps to have a backup, just in case.
Thanks.
