  I cannot access my drafts. I keep getting a pop up which says ‘Welcome to your site’ and I cannot remove the pop up. HELP PLEASE

  The site I need help with is betterworldmatrix.wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see a notice like that when I access your account, so this could be something stuck in your browser. Please check if clearing the browser cache makes any difference.

  If it doesn’t, can you tell me what browser you’re using, including version number, and also whether you’re using a computer or a mobile device.

  I have cleared the Cache in my Chrome browser Version 91.0.4472.120. But my Editor is not working at all. I am using a mobile device.
  I keep keep getting a pop up ‘Welcome to Your Site’ every time I try to use the Editor. Can you help? Thank you for the reply.

  Hi there,

  Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. That pop-up is usually dismissable by clicking outside the pop-up. Can you try zooming out while the pop-up is displayed? (If on a mobile device, you can use pinch-to-zoom to zoom out and try to see the outside of the pop-up.)
