Drag and Drop Feature Disappeared

With the last update to my wordpress site, I can no longer drag something (like a button) to, say, a two column space and drop it in where I want it in the new block. There is simply no option like there used to be to select something and move it. I used to use a little button off to the left of a block to drag and drop it. Where did it go? How can I do the same drag and drop changes with the new updated version? Thank you!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
In general, WordPress does not offer the drag and drop features so you probabñy was using a plugin before.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
