Drag and drop feature for gallery

  Hello, I utilize a blog on word press with my domain. https://www.stephywong.com/blog. As of recent this year, the drag and drop feature on the gallery edit doesn’t work. When you drag a photo it goes back to where it was originally. although above the gallery it says drag and drop to change the order. It is up to date. Is there anything I’m missing?

  Right now it seems that your website is down, a server message appears instead of the website.
  Moreover, it looks like your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com and you may be using the self-hosted installation of WordPress.org hosted elsewhere, which is quite different: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
