Dragging widgets to sidebar fails

  I am at the Public Library, and guess what? Everything works fine. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. I have blown hours and hours on this. Ooooooooo…. that Fido!!!

  I was waiting for an answer, how to insert photo and text to side widget not, your futile talking. If you can’t manage it, ask advise to your staff.
