dreamhost to wordpress

  Hello and thank you. I have had a domain and hosting on dreamhost for many years. I use the Twenty Eleven wordpress theme for the blog. Bottom line I can’t afford to pay for hosting anymore. I have since deleted all the music and video files, all that’s left is images and text. How do I transfer all the images, text and comments over to my free wordpress site…or is this even possible. I am not a very compute savvy person, so if there is a way it will have to be spelled out to a novice. Thanx again…
