  Hi

  I have cancelled this Domain accidentally. My account told me that this domain is still in my account. My question is that am I still own this domain?

  Hi there,

  The moment you cancelled that domain, you stopped owning it, and the domain is no longer in your account.

  As the warning said on the domain cancellation screen, cancelled domains are not released immediately, and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again once you cancel it.

  In this case, we can still restore the domain to your account. But as you were refunded when you cancelled it, you’ll either need to buy a new WordPress.com plan first, or else we have to send you a link to pay for the domain only before we can restore it.

  Or if you plan to use the domain somewhere else, you can also just wait – in this case your domain should become available again early next week, at which point you can register it directly where you want to use it.

  Let us know which option you prefer.

  Actually the domain was released in the meantime, so if you intend to use it elsewhere you should be able to buy it now. Or you can re-purchase it here if you’d like.
