Drop down add at top of my home page.

    At the top of my home page on my blog there is a drop down add that appears as soon as I start to scroll the page. It isn’t possible to see what it is as it is just a slice of an image. Clicking on it takes me to a web page called Weekly Penny authored it seems by Dave Freeman.

    Does anyone else get this annoying thing on their blogs?
