  Can someone please let me know of a CSS code I can add to make my menus drop down? I tried several plugins but none of them worked.

  CSS code is not necessary to create drop-down menus. http://healthymealplansforwomen.com/ presently has a drop-down menu below the menu item “Healthy Meal Ideas.” You may create relationships between pages that result in drop-down menus in the default page menu by assigning pages to parents, at Page Attributes, creating a generational page hierarchy. Or you may create relationships between menu items, resulting in drop-down menus, in a custom menu by nesting some menu items beneath others.

  I tried several plugins but none of them worked.

  You can’t add plugins to a WordPress.com site.
