Drop down menu

    How can I create a drop down menu on an existing page with this theme? I have created subitems on the primary menu, but there is no drop down menu on the pages that I put subitems on. What could be the problem?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure I understand, so I’m hoping you can clarify. You mean to say you want to have a “fly out menu” or a “dropdown within a dropdown” so that one of the page links in your dropdown menu has additional choices that only show when you hover over it?

    If so this theme will not support dropdown menus more than one level deep, so it may be necessary to switch to another theme that does offer multiple dropdowns in the menu. If that is something you need let us know.

    Also I should mention that you see less and less themes that can do that kind of menu because multiple drop down menus do not work well on mobile (where an increasing amount of website traffic comes from) so that style of menu has fallen out of favor. We have some older themes that offer this option, but it’s not something that is found in our newer “Full Site Editing” themes.
