  Hello,
  I am trying to add a drop down menu to one of our post titles (physical Therapy) I am trying to follow directions, but when I did, it earased all of my other page and post headings.
  Please advise.

  Hi Travis. By default, a theme will display a menu generated automatically with your pages. If you create a custom menu, you have to manually insert all the pages you need. More info here:
