drop down menu and thumbnail issues

so i have my website pretty much done apart from a few issues, mainly when u open the site on a mobile phone in portrait mode the menu becomes a small button, that’s no problem however when u click the button all the drop down menus are piled on top of each other. how do i get them to align properly?
Secondly, i am using nextgen gallery plugin and when you view the images on mobile they load really small but load properly if you refresh the page. this doesnt happen on chrome.
