Drop down menu blocked by limiting div height.

Hi there,
I am using Regina theme. I’ve made a couple of changes to the code, but it was a couple weeks ago, and now once I realised I really need a drop down menu, and limiting div height in navigation is probably what’s blocking it from being displayed, of course I can’t locate the correct bits and bobs of code to change anymore.Perhaphs someone would be so kind and knowledgeable to help, sorry my only experience with css is trial and error.
