drop down menu does not work with Ipad

  I have written several times and I need wordpress team support.
  I am having difficulty with my drop down menu ‘visiting’. When a reader with an ipad or iphone goes to this menu, they get multiple responses without actually seeing the menu at all. On a computer, the menu works perfectly. Thanks
