drop-down menu inconsistently functioning

Hi there. I’ve added drop-down tabs to my menu (sub-menus) and they are functioning inconsistently. About 2/3 of the time that I try to put my cursor over them to open a page, the drop down tab simply disappears as soon as I move the cursor down, so I can’t click on it to get the page to open. Any ideas?

Nope, wrong, happening on both computers. Please, can anyone tell me what’s going on? I’m afraid to make this public with the dropdowns acting so quirky. I can only click on a dropdown menu about 1/10 of the time. I have to try over and over, when I move my cursor off the parent tab downward to a dropdown tab, the whole dropdown disappears. Sometimes I have to try ten + times before I can get it to work. Motif theme.

Please, I posted this 48 hours ago, no responses. I can’t understand what the difficulty is, and I’m even having trouble making my way through my own blog.

Hi, Add the following to your CSS. The original top value was 2.6em. This issue can sometimes happen when a custom font and different font size are set.
.main-navigation ul ul { top: 2.4em; } -
So far, so good! On my laptop it’s working fine now! Will check the desktop at home to verify. Thank you SOOOOO much!!

Hi again :) Weeks later, I’m having the same difficulty with my Shepherd’s Child blog, which I switched to Motif a few weeks ago. I added the same CSS as I did in Little Puppet Studio, and it didn’t help (Little Puppet Studio is working perfectly). I’ve been fussing with the sizes, and haven’t found the answer.
