Drop down menu item

How can I have a drop down menu item without it being an actual page like for instance in the demo of my navigation theres a menu item that has “drop down menu” as the title but when you click on it nothing happens. How can I copy this like for instance I want another drop down item that says “Clients” with a list of names and each page is password protected. Please help me thank you for your time.

Use the Category or tag Clients for those posts, and put the link to that category page in a custom menu.

That’s not what I mean I’m talking about a category in my menu that will say clients and have a drop down for the artist’s I’m making the beats for for example here’s my site http://www.htproductions.net see theres a menu item “drop down menu” I want to copy that item and have it say Clients I would just rename the drop down menu item and do it that way but I have other plans for that menu item to rename.
