Drop down menu not showing on live version of page

  Hello,
  My drop down navigation menu and its children all show on my previews of my page template. But on the live version of my page, they aren’t showing up. This is really frustrating. How can I fix it?

  I should also note I have the business plan but don’t have live chat access for some reason.
