Drop Down Menu Question
-
Hello,
I’ve gone through the support material and I’ve made drop down menus at the top of my site. But there’s something I don’t know how to do.
I have a menu called “Projects”. When you hover your mouse over it, the drop down menu appears and shows the page for each individual Project. You can then click on the name of that Project and that page appears.
The problem is that “Projects” has to be a page too. So I have to have a page called Projects in order to set up a drop down menu that shows each individual Project page. But I don’t want an overall Projects page.
Is it possible to create a drop down menu where each drop down item is a page, but the menu title isn’t a page?
Thanks.

i would like to ask why is it i can’t access my drop-down menu from the main menu? oh, i mean i cannot click on the drop-down menu with my mouse. i found out that i can click on it if i scroll the mouse but even so cannot scroll to the first drop-down menu. usually we don’t have to scroll but just move the mouse down to the drop-down menu.
this means that if visitors want to access the page on my sub-menu from the drop-down menu, they cannot go directly to it by hovering the mouse on the main menu and click the page link from the drop-down menu. they have to click on the main menu to go to the main menu page and from there only click on the links found on the drop-down menu.
this is no good as for sure we all prefer easy access for visitors – to click on the link from the drop-down menu to go directly to the page.

http://www.ssvp.org.my is not hosted here. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
