Drop down menus won't work!

Im using the “visual” theme for my blog and I seem to be unable to create a functioning drop down menu. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/visual/ this is the link to the theme. It’e showing up in the dashboard that I’ve successfully mad a page a child to a parent page but then it won’t function on the actual page. I believe I’ve done it before but when I changed things around, it won’t allow me to do it anymore. Or at least it won’t show up on the site. What am I doing wrong?

I know this theme and have used it. I believe you error will be found in the custom menu. Go to Appearance > Menus

Check the sub-pages themselves to see if you have established a Parent page and child page “hierarchical structure” in the page attributes module. Remove if required. Also remove any “order” numbers you have assigned that may conflict with the order you are creating by dropping and dragging. Or simply change them so they are the same order as you establish in the menu. Establish consistency – problem solved. -
