Drop downs not working

    I am currently setting up a new wordpress.com site to show my coworkers and I none of the drop downs on the dashboard are working. i can not access the screen options or the help at the the top and when I try to add anything to the a menu I have the page drop down open but can not open the custom link or categories drop downs. I have tried different browsers and the same result. help please the site is lchsexample.wordpress.com

    I am behind a proxy so i am sure that has something to do with it but I am not sure what to change or fix to correct the problem.
