Drop file option not working in install new theme

  I want to install free theme generatepress for my blog and I have it in zip folder . But on clicking install new theme there is no choose file but only drop file option which is also not working.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t install third party themes on a free wordpress.com site. To be able to do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
