Drop in viewership

My blog takes2mins2debunk at WordPress suddenly shows a drastic drop in readership since January 20. I would appreciate any advice on how to understand what is happening

Hi, it could be a number of things from seasonal topics to less attention from social media. I’d recommend looking at longer-term stats though for more clues. Did you have a wildly popular post that’s just now starting to trend out? Were you getting a specific number of views on each new post, and that number is dropping? Were you covering a popular topic that you stopped covering? Did you blog less frequently?
You can explore your stats for information like this. And then try to use that information to boost your views going forward.
On my end, just from skimming over content, it seems you’re not posting to Facebook anymore, so that’s my best guess as to the cause.
Facebook won’t let us auto-publish to individual profiles anymore, but you can share a link to each post, or hook up a page. Or, if you do share on your Facebook Profile but decided to “purge” stale friendships as many people do in January, that could be a factor.
Basically there are too many possibilities to pin down a single factor, but hopefully by working through some of them, you can get your stats boosted again. We have more tips on that here:
