Drop the wordpress name

  I need too know if it’s possible to drop the wordpress name from realcryptics?
  In other words, instead of http://realcryptics.wordpress.com…I want http://realcryptics.com
  How? I don’t want to create another cryptid page, I just want to change it.

  Sure, absolutely. It will cost you $5 for the domain name and I think $17 for the domain mapping. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  So get a domain name first, then do a domain mapping?
