Dropdown field does not load on mobile

Hey there, using the Ontrapages plugin to put a landing page on our WordPress site. For some reason, the drop down field on this page does not load on mobile devices, it works on desktops. Have checked and the original landing page if hosted on Ontraport is working and so looks like it may be something here instead. Our tech person tried looking into it a little and it is coming up with a ‘Uncaught TypeError’. How do we resolve this?

Hey there, it might be an issue with the plugin itself, but I can’t be sure without knowing what site you’re working with. Could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with?
Also, please note these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs using the free WordPress software with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link and we can point you in the right direction.

Your site isn’t hosted with us, but using the open source version of WordPress instead, so we don’t have any control over how it works.
I don’t see a dropdown field on that page on desktop either, but if you used a plugin to create that page, that plugin’s support is your best bet for help with this.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but they can only help with issues with the WordPress software itself, and won’t be able to help with issues with plugins made by private companies.
