Hi,
The items in the dropdown menu under “Services” in your site are all links. What do you mean by hyperlink?

Thank you. But what i mean is, when i click the drop down menu, it should land on the specific page. How can i give that link/URL?

Hi,
The dropdown menu items are linked to URLs that represent tag archive pages. So I’d guess that the problem is that those tags haven’t been assigned yet to any published posts. And in fact it seems there’s only one published post on the site. See the Tags support page for how to add and manage tags.
You might also consider using post categories instead of post tags, and thereby creating Category Pages to display them on instead of tag archive pages. See the Categories vs. Tags support page.

Or… maybe your menu items weren’t supposed to link to tag archive pages.
If you want drop-down menu items to link to static pages such as the examples below, then you’ll need to correct the link URLs in the menu items. It might be easier just to delete them all and create them again, as described and illluistrated in the Add Menu Items section of the Site Menus support page. Select items from the Page type.
Examples:
1. Simple Digital Marketing Tasks — This static page has the URL https://evirtualsavvy.wordpress.com/simple-digital-marketing-tasks/, but the corresponding menu item has the URL https://evirtualsavvy.wordpress.com/tag/simple-digital-marketing-tasks/.2. Social Media Management — This static page has the URL https://evirtualsavvy.wordpress.com/social-media-management/, but the corresponding menu item has the URL https://evirtualsavvy.wordpress.com/tag/social-media-management/.
