Dropdown Menu

Hi, I am using the Exford theme which has a green drop down menu on my phone but as far as I know this menu appears as a standard menu on the desktop site.
On the dashboard where I have the menu set up, I have a page called Movie Reviews and underneath that are two other pages which are under Movie Reviews so this provides a drop down effect when I view the menu from the desktop screen but if I view the menu from the mobile the main menu still appears as a drop down which is not a problem but the Movie Reviews does not appear as a drop down menu, within the menu; it just displays the two pages underneath.
Is there possibly a way round this?
So the menu Item Movie reviews appears as a drop down menu item on the desktop but the main menu on the mobile is displayed as a drop down itself (and not horizontal as the desktop) so I’m not sure if because of this then I cannot view Movie Reviews as as a drop down element.Thank you.

So I’m just getting used to this theme so I’ve not made any major adjustments yet, it’s just a mixture of pages and posts put together for practice to see how the menu displays.
So if you view the site from desktop there’s a dropdown menu for Seedlet and Uncategorized but on the mobile the menu itself is a dropdown what should be the dropdown elements (Seedlet and Uncategorized) are just displayed underneath.

Ah, that’s an intentional design decision for the theme, since there’s no way to do a hover action on mobile devices.
