Dropdown menu and homepage issues

  I am having problems with the dropdown menu. Whenever I add a new one it pops up as a white space. Also the homepage is displaying a error message

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/mi-ec. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this.
