Dropdown Menu for Categories/Archives Unreadable with Dark Option

Hey everyone! So I’m working on cleaning up my website a little bit, and I noticed that turning my Archives and Categories sections into dropdown menus makes them unreadable. I am currently using the Structure Organic Theme with the alternate dark option selected.
Does anyone know a way around this? I really appreciate the help!

Really? Even with the dark theme selected? The text on the menu is unreadable on my screen until you actually click on it.
