Dropdown Menu Issues

    Hi,

    Since my website was very slow and I figured it was caused by the theme that I was using, I had to change to a new theme after many trials of other themes. However, this theme didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, so I purchased Elementor Pro and now that I finished my footer, I am trying to create my own header.

    The problem is though, I can’t get the dropdown menu to work. I have used my old menus, created new ones, but none of them seem to work.

    I also get these gigantic bars and crosses on my website. All I want is a proper product category drop down menu so that users can easily navigate through my website https://ozgalore.au

    I am still working on it but the past few days trying to fix all the above issues have been very frustrating.

    Wordpress customer service is getting slower in responding as well which makes it even more frustrating.

    Hi,

    It seems that the homepage is not functioning properly, so I couldn’t check the problem you mentioned. Please inform me when you have fixed this issue, and then I can proceed with investigating and resolving the dropdown menu issue. Thank you.

    Thanks, I am working on it. I have just decided to use the simplest and the most light weighted theme “twenty twenty one” and set my own header and footer as long as side menu.
